Nestlé USA is seeking a Senior Customer Account Specialist to drive category growth for indirect customers. The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, building strong relationships, and executing customer business plans across cross-functional teams.

The position offers remote flexibility with a Minneapolis focus; if near Solon, hybrid guidelines require in-office days. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required (business-related preferred) and minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Analyst and customer-facing project experience preferred with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong collaboration, courage, speed, and agility; productive team player.
• Effective communication skills, oral and written; strong judgment in decision making; problem-solving; strategic thinking; customer service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work in multiple platforms (e.g., customer portals).
• Knowledge of sales fundamentals: pricing, promotion, assortment, merchandising, and financial reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Drive category growth and achieve annual sales and spend targets.
• Maintain profitable growth to drive market share gains.
• Collaborate with Wholesaler CAMs to develop customer promotion plans for Indirect Retailers.
• Partner with Category Management and Sales Analysts to transform analytics into action.
• Develop and present business plans and distribution optimization; manage day-to-day for assigned customers.
