Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Customer Education Manager to own the vision, structure, and governance of a comprehensive customer education ecosystem in a fully remote role within the United States.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure assets are accurate, accessible, and valuable, while establishing repeatable processes for content creation, review, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer education, enablement, content strategy, knowledge management, or related function.
• Experience building or overhauling a content library / knowledge base.
• Ability to design structured, sustainable content management processes with workflows.
• Ability to execute independently and prioritize multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy and governance for the customer education library.
• Develop repeatable frameworks for content creation, review, and lifecycle management.
• Identify knowledge gaps along the customer journey and prioritize education initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align content with product updates and objectives.
• Define standards for content structure, tone, branding, accessibility, and presentation.
• Build and maintain a scalable knowledge infrastructure with taxonomies and templates.
• Track content usage and impact to inform improvements.
• Drive the customer education function as an independent owner, setting priorities and systems.
