Jobgether is seeking a Product Expert to join its remote-first, international team. You will be the primary contact for prospective customers, guiding them through product capabilities and strategic next steps.

In this role, you’ll blend product education, inbound sales, and technical guidance to turn questions into practical solutions, collaborating across Sales, Sales Engineering, Support, and other teams in a flexible, remote environment.

Formación

• Hands-on understanding of the platform and ability to explain capabilities clearly.
• Interest in mobile apps, monetization, and developer workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences.
• Practical technical sense to know when to escalate for specialist support.
• Ability to identify opportunities and guide customers without over-pitching.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound conversations with discovery to understand goals and needs.
• Deliver product education and live demonstrations of capabilities.
• Support self-service adoption with docs and resources.
• Coordinate referrals to Account Executives and Sales Engineers as needed.
• Maintain clear records of goals, requirements, and next steps.
• Recommend solutions that fit customer needs and flag misfits.
• Share insights to improve demos, resources, and processes.
• Contribute to repeatable playbooks and team knowledge.
