Vetcove is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead relationships with our largest brand partners in veterinary procurement and ecommerce. You will own day-to-day contact, build strategic plans from data, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns.

You will present insights, lead reviews, and train stakeholders, shaping our partnerships and expanding revenue. This remote-friendly role offers equity and a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of account management experience.
• Experience creating client-facing reports and business reviews with actionable insights.
• A talent for building concise, well-designed decks.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign data.
• Exceptional writing, speaking and presentation skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting client requirements and communicating them to internal teams.
• A highly organized, proactive approach and excellent process management.
• A desire to learn and help define an emerging function at a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for partners' day-to-day communication and account oversight.
• Leverage data to build strategic media plans and proposals.
• Project manage strategy implementation and campaign execution so every requirement and deadline is met.
• Generate and analyze campaign reporting, and turn it into clear insights and recommendations that improve performance.
• Lead business reviews and strategic check-ins virtually and on-site, to show the value partners get from Vetcove.
• Build clear, compelling presentations that show results and recommendations.
• Set meeting agendas, send follow-ups with next steps, and keep internal and external stakeholders on track.
• Onboard new partners, train new and existing stakeholders on best practices, and address gaps before they become problems.
• Gather partner feedback and share it with our product team.
• Build long-term relationships so partners see Vetcove as a key part of their strategy.
