Vetcove Inc. is seeking a Clinic Growth Manager to design and run programs that engage thousands of veterinary clinics, grow platform adoption, and deliver measurable value.

You’ll use data, content, and community strategies to scale engagement across our SaaS platforms, shaping workflows and best practices. You will build newsletters, seminars, and self-serve resources, monitor usage and health metrics, and act as a bridge between clinics and product teams to drive improvements and reduce

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3–5 years in relevant roles.
• Proven track record of driving growth across a large customer base.
• Comfort with data: pull reports, spot trends, and translate into action.
• Experience building community programs, events, or education initiatives.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom/seminar-style presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a clinic community program including newsletters and referral programs.
• Develop and run clinic-focused seminars and educational webinars.
• Create best practice playbooks, guides, and self-serve resources.
• Lead sessions to share learnings and platform updates.
• Analyze usage trends, sales patterns, and engagement to re-engage underperforming clinics.
• Monitor health metrics to flag at-risk accounts and reduce churn.
• Advocate for clinics' needs with product teams; translate feedback into decisions.
• Collaborate with data team to build dashboards tracking clinic health and growth.
• Prepare regular business reviews with data-driven insights for stakeholders.
