Job summary

Vetcove is hiring an Account Manager to serve as the primary client contact across top accounts and act as a strategic advisor. You will lead weekly meetings, align cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives from catalog updates to reporting.

You'll deliver performance analyses, communicate product directions to clients, and help onboard new clinics while building long-term relationships. This is a remote role with strong growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of account management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Excellent time and process management skills.
• Experience creating client-facing reports with insights.
• Experience in data analyses and partner business reviews.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel for client-facing events.
• Desire to shape a growing startup function.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight, while acting as a long-term strategic advisor to clients.
• Craft agendas, host weekly meetings, and manage actions for key accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate product initiatives to clients.
• Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting for key accounts.
• Analyze account performance and deliver presentations with optimization opportunities.
• Liaise with product/engineering for feedback loops, bug IDs, and resolutions.
• Onboard new acquisition clinics with onboarding and implementation teams.
• Nurture corporate relationships to drive affinity and loyalty for the Vetcove HD platform.
