Job summary

ccsfundraising is looking for a Consultant in Systems & Change Management to lead transformational projects, drive fundraising efficiency, and manage operational insights. This remote role requires familiarity with Raiser’s Edge and best practices in fundraising operations.

The ideal candidate will possess analytical skills, project management experience and a strong understanding of data governance standards. The position includes approximately 20% travel.

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $110,000, plus competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two to six years of Raiser’s Edge experience in a nonprofit.
• Demonstrated familiarity with data analysis and management.
• Outstanding project management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage transformational projects from inception to implementation.
• Conduct discovery interviews and facilitate workshops.
• Quickly develop an understanding of organizational structures.
