Job summary

Yale New Haven Health is seeking a Development Data Systems Analyst to manage Raiser's Edge and donor data, support MIS interfaces, and provide reporting for the Development Office.

Responsibilities include developing specifications, implementing tools, ensuring data integrity, and training staff. Requires a Bachelor's in CS and 5+ years' database experience with Raiser's Edge and Donor Drive, plus SQL Server expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical training or equivalent.
• 5+ years experience in database and interface development using Access or comparable database software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong statistical abilities and knowledge of accounting reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop specifications, programs and documentation for system improvements and new applications.
• Research and recommend software tools and utilities for development office.
• Trouble-shoot and resolve desktop configuration issues related to application software; coordinate with IT.
• Coordinate and install desktop software and hardware; upgrade commercial packages and integrations.
• Maintain Raiser's Edge and Donor Drive systems; ensure data management and disaster recovery.
• Provide training on Raiser's Edge protocols and donor confidentiality.
• Oversee gift processing oversight and reporting for department use.
