Job summary

Share Our Strength is seeking a Sr. Manager, CRM Administration to lead the Fundraising Data Management team and own Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, driving roadmap, requests, and feature implementations for the Revenue Development and Growth group.

You will supervise two data managers, mentor staff, ensure data integrity and security, and collaborate across the organization. Remote work is possible for the right candidate, with a salary range of $87k–$102k depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Development Operations or related technical experience with increasing responsibilities and team management.
• 6-8 years’ experience with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge required, Raiser’s Edge NXT Professional Certification preferred.
• Experience with Omatic Cloud integration and data flows.
• Familiarity with Chariot gift processing platform a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads the CRM vertical of the Fundraising Data Management team, building strong relationships and delivering a solution-oriented mindset.
• Reviews and triages all request tickets for the FDM team and ensures timely completion.
• Supports professional development and growth of CRM Administration staff within FDM.
• Partner with colleagues to promote diversity and inclusion in the organization.
