Qualifications

• Experience with CRM/CDP systems and HTML for campaign execution.
• Strong understanding of CRM metrics: OR, CR, CTOR, retention, churn, unsubscribe rates.
• Experience working with revenue metrics: ARPPU, LTV, revenue growth.
• Proficiency in Russian and English (B2+).
• Nice to have SQL experience for data extraction.

Responsibilities

• Generate hypotheses from analytics, CJMs, and key metrics.
• Create business specs with measurable impact.
• Launch experiments using email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
• Analyze experiment results and iterate.
• Own a major CRM initiative to boost retention and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with product, UX, development, and data teams.
• Proactively propose process and product improvements.
