Samsara is seeking a Senior Creative Program Manager to lead end-to-end creative programs across brand, campaigns, product launches, web, and events. The role brings structure, visibility, and best practices to a fast-moving, high-volume creative organization.

Ideal candidates have in-house or agency experience, build scalable processes, and are energized by AI-enabled workflows that free teams to focus on the work itself. This remote role supports US-based teams with Pacific time overlaps.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in an in-house creative studio, brand/marketing team, or creative agency
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder creative programs from brief through delivery
• Experience building and running creative intake, resourcing, capacity planning, and review/approval processes
• Proficiency with work-management tools and methodologies (Airtable, Jira, Asana, Workfront), and experience building dashboards or reporting on delivery performance
• Experience integrating AI tools into program management or creative workflows to increase efficiency

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional creative programs — from intake to launch with visibility into scope, timelines, and resources.
• Develop program plans for major brand campaigns, product launches, events, and web initiatives.
• Track milestones, provide status updates to stakeholders and senior leaders, and mitigate risks.
• Partner with Creative leadership to run regular traffic, prioritization, and creative review cadences.
