Job summary

Samsara is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead the development and execution of creative concepts across digital, print, and multimedia marketing materials. You will own the digital design system and collaborate with Brand, product, and sales teams to drive a consistent brand narrative.

You will mentor a team of designers, oversee production from ideation to delivery, and ensure high-quality outputs while staying aligned with timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a creative role with 2+ years as a people manager in a B2B SaaS or high-tech environment.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, UX/UI design principles, and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to translate user insights into compelling digital experiences.
• Experience with content creation, including writing copy for digital platforms or collaborating with copywriters.
• Deep knowledge of brand positioning, storytelling, and strategy to align outputs with marketing goals.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, heatmaps, or A/B testing to optimize assets.
