Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Senior Web Program Manager to oversee complex cross-functional digital initiatives across our web platforms from planning to delivery. You will partner with Creative, IT, PMM, Campaigns, and front-end teams to translate business goals into actionable roadmaps and measurable results.

The role is remote for US-based candidates, with Pacific time overlap and opportunities to influence product launches, website updates, and efficiency improvements in a hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in digital (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency with PM tools and methods (e.g., Airtable, Jira) and experience with Google Suite, Salesforce, Tableau.
• Experience integrating AI tools into PM processes to boost efficiency.
• Strong understanding of digital production timelines and scoping.
• Experience launching digital solutions with ongoing analytics and improvements.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own all phases of complex, cross-functional digital programs with clear vision, scope, timelines and value.
• Develop holistic program plans with BRDs, tech specs, schedules and resource plans.
• Track milestones, provide status updates, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
• Lead process improvement to increase efficiency and delivery quality.
• Bridge vision and execution, align priorities, and present progress to executives.
