Qualifications

• 8+ years in a creative role with hands-on leadership experience in a B2B SaaS or high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of creative concepts for digital, print, and multimedia marketing materials.
• Own the digital design system, coordinating with Brand to ensure consistent, evocative branding.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to craft visual narratives aligned with brand strategy and business goals.
• Manage a team of digital designers, providing guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality outputs.
• Oversee production from ideation to delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality.
• Contribute to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across outputs.
• Stay current on industry trends and tools, integrating innovations into the process.
• Work with UX to translate insights into compelling experiences.
• Analyze and optimize assets for performance across channels to boost engagement and retention.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles and build an inclusive, high-performing team.
• Hire, develop and lead an engaged team.
