Job summary

Samsara, a leader in Connected Operations, seeks a Senior Creative Program Manager to orchestrate the creative output for brand campaigns, launches, web, and events. You will bring structure, visibility, and scalable processes to a high-volume studio, including AI-enabled workflows.

The role targets experience in-house or agency settings with a focus on high quality under tight deadlines, enabling responsive, scalable systems across time zones in a remote US-based environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in an in-house creative studio, brand/marketing team, or creative agency.
• Experience building and running creative intake, resourcing, capacity planning, and review/approval processes.
• Proficiency with work-management tools and methodologies (Airtable, Jira, Asana, Workfront) and dashboards/reporting on delivery performance.
• Experience integrating AI tools into program management or creative workflows to increase efficiency.
• Strong understanding of the creative production process and realistic timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional creative programs from intake to launch with clear visibility into scope, timelines, dependencies, and resources.
• Develop program plans for major campaigns, product launches, events, and web initiatives; translate priorities into actionable roadmaps.
• Track milestones, provide status updates to stakeholders and senior leaders, and mitigate risks.
• Partner with Creative leadership to run regular traffic, prioritization, and creative review cadences.
