Job summary

Samsara, the Connected Operations Cloud leader, is seeking a seasoned Creative Lead to shape our visual storytelling across digital, print, and multimedia. You will own the design system, collaborate with Brand, Product, Marketing and Sales to deliver compelling narratives that drive engagement and business outcomes.

You will lead a diverse design team, mentor peers, and ensure delivery within deadlines and budgets while advancing brand guidelines and exploring emergent design techniques.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a creative role with 2+ years of direct people management in B2B SaaS or high-tech.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong brand strategy, UX/UI design principles, and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to translate user insights into digital experiences.
• Experience creating content and collaborating with copywriters.
• Knowledge of brand positioning, storytelling, and strategy.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, heatmaps, or A/B testing.
• Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of digital, print, and multimedia marketing materials.
• Own the digital design system and coordinate with Brand for consistent branding.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales to align with goals.
• Manage a team of digital designers and provide mentorship.
• Oversee production from ideation to delivery within deadlines and budgets.
• Contribute to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across outputs.
• Stay current on industry trends and tools, integrating innovative techniques.
• Work with UX to ensure insights are delivered.
• Analyze and optimize assets for performance across digital channels.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles and scale globally.
• Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, high-performing team.
