Based in Texas, you will collaborate with experts, support insured clients, and contribute to office goals through leadership and effective case management. A JD and active license are required, with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Proven trial experience and courtroom outcomes.
• Strong communication of complex litigation to diverse audiences.
• Active law license in the state(s) required.

• Handle a caseload of moderate to higher exposure cases, including Major Case matters.
• Apply pre-trial and trial skills to advocate to verdict or negotiate resolutions.
• Conduct advanced legal research and prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery.
• Attend court events and depositions independently and mentor junior attorneys.
• Provide case analysis and strategy recommendations to insured clients and partners.
• Collaborate with experts to develop case strategies and testimony.
• Build relationships with clients and partners and contribute to office goals.
• Utilize technology and case management systems effectively; travel as needed.
