Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to act as the primary client interface for high‑quality cost management services across real estate projects. You will drive commercial outcomes, mentor teams, and work in a remote setting while coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of cost management experience in construction.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large projects.
• Construction consultancy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement routes, value management and value engineering.

Aufgaben

• Estimate and negotiate change orders across the project lifecycle.
• Develop cost plans and present final cost plan.
• Review cost estimates with design teams and GC.
• Conduct cost checks, valuations and post‑contract variances.
• Lead VE sessions and provide commercial input to design options.
