Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to serve as the primary day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are achieved through high-quality, value-added cost management services across a portfolio of real estate construction projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related construction field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in a cost management role in construction.
• RICS accreditation or progress toward it preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide cost planning and final cost estimates.
• Review cost estimates with design services team and general contractor.
• Lead cost management across multiple real estate projects and closeout processes.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and assist with final account negotiations.
