Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks an experienced Senior Cost Manager to lead cost management for large-scale data center projects. The role is remote with regular travel to Texas and serves as a key client interface throughout the project lifecycle.

You will guide cost planning, change management, and value engineering while collaborating with design teams, general contractors, and owners. Strong communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders in a client-facing environment.
• Minimum 5-7 years in a cost management role within construction.
• RICS accreditation or working toward it preferred.
• Experience leading cost management on medium to large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate change orders across the construction lifecycle.
• Provide estimate and cost planning, including final cost plan presentation.
• Review with design services team and GC to develop cost estimates.
• Reconcile changes and assist GC ensuring data accuracy.
• Prepare cost estimate updates with status information for owner/PM.
• Coordinate cost information sources from NPA, subs, and AEs.
