Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in cost estimation software, and knowledge of financial forecasting and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets (labor, materials, equipment, services).
• Perform cost analyses and forecasting to keep projects within budget.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present cost reports and progress updates to management.
• Collaborate with procurement and contract management for cost control and planning.
