Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a motivated Senior Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the U.S. This remote position supports a large-scale data center development, requiring strong communication and cost management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in cost management.
• RICS accreditation or working towards it preferred.
• Experience of leading cost management on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Provide estimate and cost planning, including producing final cost plans.
• Reconcile changes and assist general contractor with accurate data.
• Manage cost checks and carry out valuations on large projects.
