Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to lead client-facing cost management for a major data center program in Frederick, Maryland. The role is primarily remote, with travel to the project site required for key activities—about 3-4 days per month.

Excellent communication and leadership are essential to drive cost control and value engineering. The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in cost management on mission-critical projects, strong expertise

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of cost management experience on mission-critical data center projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, change management, procurement, and project controls experience.
• Willingness to travel to Frederick, MD and visit onsite 3-4 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost plans and estimates through design and delivery phases.
• Produce monthly cost reports and funding data for stakeholders.
• Coordinate cost information across design, GC, subs, and vendors for validation.
