Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to support the successful delivery of large-scale data center construction projects. This role will serve as a key day-to-day client interface, ensuring project objectives are achieved through the delivery of a best-in-class cost management service across the full project lifecycle.

This is a remote position, with an expectation to travel to project sites and client meetings in Texas approximately once per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant cost management experience in construction.
• RICS accreditation or working towards it preferred.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Produce and present final cost plans and cost estimates.
• Review cost estimates with design teams and general contractors.
• Prepare funding data and coordinate value engineering with stakeholders.
• Manage cost checks, valuations, and post-contract cost variances.
