Job summary

Vacatia is seeking a Contracts & Legal Operations Manager to lead the Contract Administration Team, manage complex workflows, and build scalable processes for our growing portfolio. This role is remote with Florida alignment, reporting to the VP of Real Estate & Legal Operations.

You will standardize practices, mitigate risk, and drive efficiency through technology and team development, enabling faster, more accurate contracting across the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in legal operations or contract management.
• 4–5+ years of direct people management.
• Experience creating standardized contract processes.
• Ability to liaise with Legal Counsel and business stakeholders.
• Experience with contract technology and document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the contract lifecycle from intake to retention, approvals, and record retention.
• Manage and develop the Contract Administration Team, setting priorities and workloads.
• Create and standardize processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve controls.
• Partner with Legal Counsel and stakeholders on complex contract matters and risk mitigation.
• Advance technology, automation, and AI tools in contract systems and metrics.
