Vacatia is seeking a Contracts & Legal Operations Manager to lead the Contract Administration Team and optimize contract workflows. Reporting to the VP of Real Estate & Legal Operations, you will drive lifecycle management, standardize processes, and partner with Legal Counsel and business stakeholders on complex matters.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in legal operations or contract management handling complex contracts.
• 45 years of direct people management experience with demonstrated success coaching employees managing workloads and strengthening team performance
• A proven track record of creating processes and improving efficiency supported by strong knowledge of contract terms approval workflows document controls and contract lifecycle management

Responsabilidades

• Lead the contract lifecycle overseeing intake drafting and review coordination approvals execution amendments renewals and record retention
• Manage and develop the Contract Administration Team setting priorities balancing workloads and building technical expertise accountability and consistent service
• Create and standardize processes that eliminate bottlenecks strengthen document controls and improve contract turnaround times and accuracy
• Partner with Legal Counsel and business stakeholders to address complex contract matters support risk mitigation and coordinate acquisition integration and operational initiatives
• Advance technology and performance measurement improving contract systems evaluating approved automation and AI tools and tracking metrics that guide ongoing improvements
