• Lead contract review, approval, and compliance with policies and requirements.
• Develop negotiation strategies with business stakeholders and evaluate positions.
• Identify risks and escalate as appropriate.

• Provide guidance on contracting standards and processes.
• Educate sales and opportunity teams on contract requirements.
