Job summary

Acxiom is hiring an Expert Contract Development Manager to lead drafting and end-to-end management of commercial agreements, from standard contracts to multi-million-dollar solutions. You will own contract scope and guide negotiations to align with business objectives and timelines.

You will coordinate with business, legal, finance, and operations to develop and revise documents, drive negotiations, manage risk, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and deliver complex commercial contracts and agreement packages.
• Own and manage the contracting process from initiation through execution.
• Serve as primary liaison among business, legal, finance, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate negotiations and resolve contractual issues to support deal progression.
• Lead contract review, approval, and compliance with company policies.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop negotiation strategies and evaluate positions.
• Identify contractual, operational, financial, and commercial risks and escalate as needed.
• Build understanding of business operations and decision-making processes.
• Provide guidance on contracting standards, processes, and best practices.
• Educate sales and opportunity teams on contract requirements and process.
• Develop, implement, and maintain contract development procedures and templates.
• Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition, pricing, and risk management.
• Monitor client feedback and market trends to recommend improvements.
