Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an Expert Contract Development Manager to lead drafting and end-to-end management of commercial agreements. You will own contract scope, provide strategic leadership in drafting and negotiation, and guide stakeholders to align with business objectives and timelines.

You will collaborate across business, legal, finance, and operations, driving negotiations, risk assessment, and best practices throughout the contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and deliver complex commercial contracts and packages.
• Own and manage the contracting process from initiation to execution.
• Serve as primary liaison among business, legal, finance, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate negotiations and mediate to resolve contractual issues.
• Lead contract review, approval, and compliance with company policies.
• Develop negotiation strategies with business stakeholders.
• Identify risks and escalate as appropriate.
• Build understanding of business operations and decision processes.
• Provide guidance on contracting standards, processes, and best practices.
• Educate sales and opportunity teams on contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain contract development procedures and templates.
• Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition, pricing, and risk management.
• Monitor market trends and improve contract terms as needed.
