Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an Expert Contract Development Manager to lead drafting and end-to-end management of complex commercial agreements, from standard contracts to multi-million-dollar solutions. You will own contract scope and guide negotiations with cross-functional teams worldwide.

You will drive contract standards, templates, and CLM enhancements, partnering with legal, finance, and sales to mitigate risk and ensure timely outcomes in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the contracting process from initiation to execution.
• Serve as primary liaison among business, legal, finance, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate negotiations and mediate to resolve contractual issues.
• Lead contract review, approval, and compliance with policies.
• Develop negotiation strategies with business stakeholders.
• Identify risks and advise on contracting positions.
• Build understanding of business operations and decision processes.
• Provide guidance on contracting standards and best practices.
• Educate sales/opportunity teams on contract requirements and processes.
• Develop and maintain contract templates for products/services.
• Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition, pricing, and risk management.
