Acxiom is seeking an Expert Contract Development Manager to lead drafting and end-to-end management of diverse commercial agreements, from standard to multi‑million-dollar solutions, aligning scope with business objectives and timelines.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration across business, legal, finance, and operations to refine contract documentation, negotiate terms, mitigate risk, and guide stakeholders toward successful outcomes in a remote, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and deliver complex commercial contracts and packages.
• Own and manage the contracting process from initiation through execution.
• Serve as the primary liaison among business, legal, finance, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate negotiations and mediate to resolve contractual issues and advance deals.
• Lead contract review, approval, and compliance per company policies.
• Develop negotiation strategies with business stakeholders and evaluate positions.
• Identify risks across contracts, operations, finances and commercial terms.
• Build understanding of business operations and decision processes.
• Provide guidance on contracting standards, processes, and best practices.
• Educate sales and opportunity teams on contract requirements and process.
• Develop and maintain contract templates for products, services, and solutions.
• Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition, pricing, discounting, and risk management.
• Monitor client feedback and market terms to recommend improvements.
