Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of technology contracting or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; law degree and/or professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and deliver complex commercial contracts and agreement packages.
• Own and manage the contracting process from initiation through execution.
• Serve as primary liaison among business, legal, finance, and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate negotiations and resolve contractual issues to support deal progression.
• Lead contract review, approval, and compliance with company policies.
• Develop negotiation strategies with stakeholders and manage risk.
