Job summary

Instrumentl is hiring a Senior Content Marketing Manager for a remote role in the United States. The position oversees keyword and topic strategy, editorial standards, and multi-channel content across blog, newsletter, social, and events to grow SEO and GEO traffic.

It reports to the Senior Product Marketing Manager within the Product Marketing team and focuses on nonprofit, grants, fundraising, or mission-driven work.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editorial judgment for diverse formats.
• Ability to research and build subject-matter expertise.
• Experience conducting subject-matter interviews and commentaries.
• Background in content strategy and demand generation campaigns.
• Strong SEO and GEO knowledge to drive organic growth.
• Experience managing freelancers or agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide keyword and topic strategy to grow SEO and GEO traffic.
• Develop editorial standards and brand voice for all channels.
• Manage content across blog, newsletter, social, and events.
• Collaborate with product teams, agencies, and freelancers.
• Track generative search changes and run tests as needed.
