The person will develop organic social strategy, create written and visual content, and lead short-form video work, reporting on channel performance. Qualifications

• Requires five+ years of social media experience and two+ years developing executive thought-leadership content for social channels.
• B2B or SaaS experience preferred; paid social advertising experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops organic social strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels.
• Creates written and visual content for social platforms.
• Leads short-form video work including ideation, filming, and editing.
• Reports on channel performance using analytics tools.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and participates in Crisis Communications Team.
• Maintains brand voice and aligns with nonprofit-sector audiences.
