Instrumentl is hiring a Senior Content Marketing Manager for a full-time remote role in the USA. You will own content across thought leadership, benchmark reports, website pages, social posts, advertisements, and search-focused work, reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing.

The candidate should have at least six years in content marketing, performance marketing, or content strategy, with strong SEO/SEM skills. Compensation targets are $125,000 to $150,000 plus equity, with full benefits.

Qualifications

• At least six years in content marketing, performance marketing, or content strategy.
• Strong SEO and SEM fundamentals.
• Experience with nonprofit, grants, or social impact content is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own content across thought leadership, benchmark reports, landing pages, ads, social posts and website content.
• Develop content calendars and coordinate campaigns with the marketing team.
• Track performance and optimize content to drive awareness, consideration and decision stages.
