Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant - Clinical Operations to redefine the speed of clinical trials. This is a remote, U.S.-based role with a strong preference for the Eastern or Central Time Zones, and travel flexibility to support global projects.

You will lead end-to-end system implementations of eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, and related clinical solutions, guiding Sponsors, CROs, and Academic Research Centers through design, configuration, validation, and adoption to accelerate study

Qualifications

• 8+ years in life sciences or healthcare
• Direct system implementation experience as consultant or IT
• Proven record of leading high-impact system implementations
• Experience delivering workshops, training, gap analyses, or requirements gathering
• Knowledge of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation
• Ability to rapidly understand requirements and design Clinical Operations solutions
• Typical travel 25% (up to 50%)
• Lives in Central or Eastern time zones

Responsabilités

• Lead life science customers in rapid installation of eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, and related solutions
• Manage projects through lifecycle: planning, gap analyses, workshops, configuration, validation, migration, integration, training, go-live
• Guide customers from inception to adoption, aligning processes with system design and functionality
• Mentor project teams and provide leadership within R&D Services
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, Sales, and other teams
