Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager for Veeva Clinical Operations to own the product strategy and roadmap for key applications transforming how the life sciences industry runs clinical trials.

You will collaborate with customers, industry experts, and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions, measure success with metrics, and stay current with regulatory changes in the domain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with B2B enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience launching products or features that meet customer needs.
• Experience in an agile development environment and collaborating with engineering, QA and design teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for Vault Clinical Operations applications.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to identify market needs and define product vision.
• Write clear feature specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with engineering and design teams.
• Prioritize backlog balancing customer requests and strategic initiatives.
• Act as product evangelist, communicating the roadmap and features to internal and external audiences.
• Educate Sales, Solution Consultants, Professional Services and Support to drive adoption.
• Define and analyze metrics to measure product success and business impact.
• Stay current with regulatory changes affecting clinical operations.
