Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across Upstate New York. You will develop budgets, schedules, and strategies while serving as the primary client contact throughout design and construction phases.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, strong knowledge of architectural drawings, and excellent communication. The role is on-site with travel throughout Upstate NY and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Ability to clearly communicate to the client and team to achieve project goals.
• Experience managing interior fitout and building infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Senior level contact with the client throughout the duration of the project.
• Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, and strategy.
• Maintain master project schedules and ensure timely completion within parameters.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and vendor/contractor management.
• Travel up to 25% across Upstate NY and manage multiple projects.
