Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction programs in Syracuse, NY and nearby upstate locations. You’ll oversee development from concept through completion, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with designers and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 8 years’ experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience as Assistant Project Manager on large-scale projects above $10 million.
• Experience with PLA on 3 projects in medium to large urban areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage project development from conception through completion in line with program objectives.
• Provide construction oversight and resolve complex project-related challenges.
• Develop reports, meeting minutes, correspondences, budgets, schedules and project controls.
• Lead on-site activities and coordinate scheduling, safety, quality, and design coordination.
