Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Minimum of 7 years NYC experience in project management, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Ability to be present in the office up to 4x/week.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading complex, high-end retail projects from inception to completion.
