You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and drive projects from inception through closeout while ensuring schedule adherence.

The role emphasizes strong communication, risk management, and client interaction within a financial services context. Remote work is supported with regional travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field required or preferred.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple projects through design, planning, client approval, permitting, construction and closeout.
• Provide weekly status updates on schedule, budget, risk to Team Lead/Regional Manager.
• Develop and maintain project documentation (charter, due diligence, budgets, schedules, minutes, funding requests).
• Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and real estate professionals.
• Ensure compliance with project policies and closeout all projects on time.
• Travel up to 40% within the account geography as needed.
