Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery in Albany and nearby markets. You will be the primary client contact, developing project strategies, budgets, and schedules while coordinating design, due diligence, and contractor selection.

Expect travel across New York and Massachusetts and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes KPI tracking, risk management, and proactive communication to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong communication with clients and team to achieve goals.
• Experience with architectural drawings and building design considerations.
• Highly organized with analytical skills.
• Interpersonal skills with executives and external teams.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders.
• Experience interior fitout and building infrastructure projects.
• Strong MS Office skills and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary senior-level contact with the client throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute project goals, schedules, budgets, and strategy.
• Maintain master project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate due diligence, bidding, and vendor/contractor selection.
• Forecast spend and manage KPI delivery across multiple projects.
• Guide design teams from concept to final construction documents.
