Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple upstate New York projects. You will manage strategies, budgets, and schedules, serving as the primary client contact and coordinating design through construction.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, strong budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills, and the ability to travel within the Upstate NY region. On-site with remote work balance is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong communication with clients and teams to achieve goals.
• Experience with architectural drawings and construction processes.
• Highly organized with analytical skills.
• Experience managing interior fitout and building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary senior-level client contact and lead project delivery.
• Develop and execute goals, schedules, budgets, and strategies.
• Maintain master schedules and track KPIs across projects.
• Coordinate due diligence and vendor/contractor selections.
• Prepare RFPs and manage bidding processes.
• Forecast monthly project spend and manage stakeholder meetings.
• Guide design teams from concept to construction documents.
