Job summary

Syms Strategic Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Configuration Analyst to support VA applications and lead CM activities. This role focuses on cloud migration, CM tooling, and build/release governance across software products and COTS components.

The ideal candidate will have extensive CM and DevOps experience, familiarity with Git-based workflows, and the ability to mentor junior staff. U.S. citizenship is required for this opportunity and a Public Trust clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience preferred; substitutions allowed per ad.
• Strong background in CM, release engineering, and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Support VA applications and migrate to cloud.
• Develop and maintain CM tools for identification, control, reporting, and delivery of software and COTS products.
• Perform CM and release tasks to document and standardize build parameters.
