Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join the Compliance Team within the Accounts Center of Excellence. The role delivers performance management reporting, HSSE reporting, and auditing to ensure client and internal compliance.

The position emphasizes data integrity, governance, and the development of dashboards and reporting systems. You will collaborate with sites and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business is required.
• 3+ years of HSSE experience.
• 3+ years in auditing and reporting.
• 3+ years in performance management.
• Knowledge of standards, legislation, codes of practice, guidance and operating procedures.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative management style.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance management reporting, HSSE reporting, and auditing.
• Provide technical reporting and support on HSSE regulatory compliance issues.
• Manage trend analysis to adjust management systems.
• Provide KPI, SLA, and performance risk indicators.
• Lead or support reporting requirements per client contract.
• Support environmental compliance per MSAs/SOWs.
• Perform complex audits for account compliance and risk management.
• Maintain governance structures, procedures, templates, and reporting mechanisms.
