Job summary

JLL is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to develop and implement high-performance EHS solutions for the Client account across multiple facilities in the assigned region. The role involves guiding site management, program owners, and personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance and data-driven improvement.

You will rotate site visits and respond to urgent operational matters outside standard hours.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with EHS compliance and management systems in facility operations
• 2+ years of experience in risk or related field linked to facility management
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, NFPA, DOT, etc.)
• Ability to collaborate across levels and organizations
• Ability to influence without direct reporting lines
• Proficiency with common computer applications (MS Office, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs across multiple locations in the region
• Identify and control hazardous conditions using safety standards and best practices
• Communicate with client partners and JLL leadership
• Develop and conduct training in regulatory compliance and company policies
• Oversee trainings relevant to account employees
• Ensure incident data is captured, analyzed, and reported in corporate systems
• Collect data and generate reports to support compliance programs
• Lead EHS audits across sites in the region
• Participate in incident investigations and root-cause analyses
• Monitor recordkeeping and reporting for risk-related requirements
• Implement site-specific programs aligned with CPI/KPI and legal requirements
