United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant for a 6‑month remote contract supporting annual compensation processes, equity cycles, and data‑driven recommendations in a fast‑growing organization.

You will collaborate with HR Partners, Finance, Legal, and People teams to plan, execute, and finalize merit, promotion, and internal moves while upholding equity and accuracy. Flexible benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of compensation experience in a fast‑growing, global, or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to interpret data and make evidence‑based recommendations.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data modeling).
• Ability to manage compensation processes or projects from planning through implementation.
• Clear written and verbal communication with HR Business Partners and leaders.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Experience with compensation surveys, market data, equity administration platforms, international compensation, or pay equity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support annual compensation cycles (merit, promotion, equity) from planning to completion.
• Validate data, maintain models, and prepare analyses, reports, and recommendations.
• Coordinate equity awards with Finance, Legal, Accounting, and People teams.
• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, job evaluation, and internal equity analyses.
• Provide compensation guidance to HR Partners and leaders.
• Contribute to process improvement and development of tools and templates.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and improve efficiency and quality.
