You will support salary structures, market pricing, and benchmarking for non-physician roles while partnering with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure well-governed compensation programs. This role offers flexible remote options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years in compensation or related analytical roles.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices, FLSA and salary structures.
• Experience translating data into practical recommendations.
• Certifications and healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise business leaders on compensation matters and governance.
• Support salary structures, pay grades, and benchmarking for non-physician roles.
• Analyze data and market trends to inform compensation decisions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Talent to govern compensation processes.
• Provide analytics across enterprise compensation programs.
