SullivanCotter is seeking a Clinical Workforce Services Compensation Consultant to provide comprehensive compensation consulting for healthcare clients from a remote location approved in AZ and surrounding states. The role emphasizes market pricing, job evaluations, data analysis, and reporting to drive compensation strategy and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent
• 1–5 years consulting experience with clients
• 3–5 years analytical experience with data analysis, modeling, and presentation design
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; basic programming a plus
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations impacting client populations

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive compensation consulting services and develop/ administer compensation programs
• Serve as market expert for client compensation issues
• Conduct job evaluations and assign appropriate levels/titles/FLSA classifications
• Perform market pricing, survey analyses, and financial modeling
• Analyze data to determine salary levels and titles for roles across focus areas
• Communicate progress and deliverables to the project manager
• Assist with complex report and proposal writing
• Mentor junior associates in research and analytics
• Engage in client delivery meetings to understand initiatives
• Establish client relationships and serve as a point of contact
• Shadow project and client relationship managers in meetings
