SullivanCotter is seeking a Clinical Workforce Services Compensation Consultant for a fully remote US role. The position offers a salary range of $101,400 to $142,000 annually and requires 3–5 years of analytics and client consulting experience.

The role supports healthcare clients with compensation design, pricing, and advisory services. The remote role is available in listed states and involves market pricing, data analysis, and client interaction to deliver high-quality compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (finance/economics/healthcare admin preferred).
• 1–5 years progressive client consulting experience.
• 3–5 years analytics experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic programming a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide compensation consulting services and administer compensation programs.
• Serve as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct job evaluations and determine internal placement and FLSA classification.
• Perform market pricing, surveys, data interpretation, modeling, and research projects.
• Analyze data to set salary levels and titles for roles across focus areas.
• Identify data issues and advise clients to resolve obstacles.
• Keep the project manager informed of status and deadlines.
• Assist with complex report and proposal writing for projects.
• Mentor junior associates in research, data collection, and analytics.
• Participate in client meetings to understand initiatives and relationships.
